At the end of September, the 1200 cubic meter/hour hydrogen production test project in Shanshan Industrial Park of Tuha Oilfield was successfully put into operation, marking the first hydrogen production test project of petrochina’s independent research and development equipment was put into operation in Tuha oilfield. Tuha Oilfield has achieved a breakthrough in hydrogen energy business from 0 to 1.
The project is jointly carried out by Tuha Oilfield and Gem Machinery, and has completely independent intellectual property rights. The total load of the system is 6 MW. During the daytime operation, it is powered by the green electricity generated by the 120 MW source, grid, load and storage integration project of Tuha Oilfield. Part of the evening, the integrated project energy storage power supply, the output of hydrogen purity of 99.9%, by the Xinjiang Shanshan Industrial Park hydrogen enterprise consumption.
This project is the first green hydrogen production project of CNPC using independent research and development equipment, the first green hydrogen production project of Turpan City, Xinjiang Province, and the first demonstration project to build Shanshan Green Industry Park, with strong innovation and demonstration. The project has driven the development of the green hydrogen production and transportation business of the whole industry chain of petrochina, reflecting the overall advantages of the whole industry chain of the upstream and downstream of the Group company, and showing the new achievements of the friendly cooperation between enterprises and the mutual promotion of development. core/p
In the next step, Tuha Oilfield will fully open the whole process of green hydrogen production, pipeline hydrogen transport, hydrogen supercharging, and chemical hydrogen, actively integrate into the development layout of the hydrogen energy industry in Turpan City, Xinjiang, accelerate the construction of regional hydrogen energy industry demonstration zones, promote the high-quality development of oil field hydrogen energy business, and contribute to the development of new energy business of petrochina and local economic and social construction.
